CirrusHQ today announces that it has been working with AWS to deliver a new Amazon Web Services programme for the Education Sector. This unique programme will help educational institutes to migrate workloads to the AWS cloud so they can establish the benefits first-hand – and free of charge.
With any cloud strategy, educational institutes need to find the approach that works for them and has the support of the wider organisation and not only the IT team. Without the business leaders’ engagement, acknowledgement of potentially siloed methods, or educating doubtful IT professionals, can slow the momentum of an initiative’s success.
This new AWS On Boarding Programme allows an educational institute to engage with CirrusHQ and, through a variety of potential workshops themes, develop a AWS solution quickly, based on actual business requirements, without having any AWS experience prior. The workshops are held on the customers premises and are very interactive and engaging.
“This AWS On Boarding programme we have delivered with AWS is proving to be a highly attractive route for educational institutes and other customers in that sector,” said James Lucas, CEO of CirrusHQ. “We’re delighted to be the leading on this with AWS and to help these customers to take the first steps in their AWS cloud journey – at no cost to them.”
