Nobody is stuck because the model is not clever enough.
Nearly two thirds of UK organisations are now using AI in some form. More than half of them are still doing the easy things with it, summarising a document, answering a simple question, tidying up a diary. Only about a quarter have got as far as anything that changes how the work is actually done.
That gap is worth roughly £35 billion in UK productivity, and it is not caused by the technology. When we sit down with a customer whose AI project has stalled, it is nearly always one of a small number of things, and none of them are the model.
Adoption and productivity figures from Unlocking the UK’s AI Potential, AWS in partnership with Strand Partners, 2026. Based on a UK survey of 1,000 business leaders and a further 500 public sector decision makers.
These are cloud engineering problems, not AI problems. We have been solving them on AWS since 2011, and we only do AWS, so there is no second platform pulling our attention somewhere else.
What you get
Fewer obstacles, and something live at the end of it.
Your security team says yes once
We build a governed AWS environment where policy, encryption, identity and audit logging are set centrally and inherited automatically by everything that lands on it. UK regions where residency matters.
The practical difference is that approval stops being a fresh argument for every new workload. Your team gets an environment that is already compliant, rather than one they have to make compliant.
The AI can reach your own information
An assistant that answers from a public model is a novelty. One that answers from your policies, your records and your case history is worth paying for.
We do the joining up underneath, and we keep the trail, so when someone asks why it answered that way you can show them the document it read.
You get to production, not another proof of concept
We are direct about which ideas are worth building and which are not ready. The ones we take on are built to be integrated, monitored and handed over, with guardrails and an evaluation process so you can tell whether it is still behaving six months later.
Somebody answers the phone
AI in production is a commitment, not a project with an end date. Our UK service desk covers it around the clock the same way it covers everything else, and our own platform keeps cost, security posture and drift in plain sight rather than in a quarterly report.
Getting Started - A short first step, and an honest answer.
We work out what is worth doing
A session with the people who actually do the job, not just the people who sponsor the project. We come out with a shortlist ranked by what it is worth against what it takes, and we will tell you which ideas are not ready yet.
We prove one of them properly
Time boxed, on your data, in your AWS account, against a definition of success we agree before we start. AWS funding can often cover part of the cost and we deal with that side of it for you.
We put it in front of real users
Integrated, hardened, monitored and either handed over to your team or run by ours. This is the step most AI projects never get to, and it is the only one that pays anything back.
CirrusHQ AI Products
Assess your AI readiness, build a secure AWS foundation, and deploy production-ready agents. Everything you need to run AI on AWS with confidence.
AI Maturity Assessment
The CirrusHQ AI Maturity Assessment is a structured 3–4 week assessment that benchmarks an organisation's AI readiness, identifies the highest-value use cases, and produces an executable 12-month AI roadmap and business case.
Agentic AI Accelerator
The CirrusHQ Agentic AI Accelerator is a fixed-scope, four-stage engagement designed to take a customer from agentic-AI concept through prioritised use cases, into a working proof of concept, and on to a production multi-agent workflow running on AWS.
AI Landing Zone
The CirrusHQ AI Landing Zone is a multi-account AWS landing zone purpose-built for generative AI and machine learning workloads. It is designed and delivered to UK data residency, OFFICIAL/FCA/NHS expectations, and EU AI Act controls - giving regulated UK customers a foundation they can defend to their regulator.
Tell us the problem, not the tool.
Bring us the thing that is costing you time or money and we will tell you straight whether AI is the answer, what it would take, and what it would cost.
